2 oz Clément Premiere Canne Rhum Agricole
.25 oz yerba mate syrup
3 dashes Dr Adam Elmegirab’s dandelion & burdock bitters

Tools - Mixing glass, jigger, ice, barspoon, strainer
Glass - Rocks
Ice - Large cube
M.o.P - Stir and strain
Garnish - lemon twist

Yerba mate syrup:
-Bring equal parts sugar and water to a boil, stirring.
-Remove from heat and add looseleaf Guayaki Yerba Mate
-Let cool to room temp and strain through fine seive or cheesecloth
